In our IT department, diverse talents with a wide range of experience work together on our successful product. You will become part of a team of motivated developers at different career stages – from junior to senior. We currently have these development teams:

  • 5 full-stack teams

  • 1 DevOps team

Our dynamic marketing team is creative and always on the pulse of the times. The team works closely with Sales, Product, and Professional Services to position our brand effectively and develop the best strategies for customer acquisition and retention.

Whether it’s content creation, performance marketing, or events – we focus on innovative campaigns and data-driven decisions to drive our growth forward. We place great value on collaboration and fresh ideas that help us move forward together.

Look forward to a dynamic team of experienced IT consultants, senior solution consultants, as well as customer success and support managers who will involve you directly in our exciting projects from day one.

In the Professional Services team, you ensure that our projects run smoothly and that customers are happy. With your professional and technical expertise, you show them how to make the best use of our product and guide them through a successful onboarding process.

And at regular team events, there is no shortage of professional exchange, fun, and team spirit.

Our Product team is the heart of product development. Here, visionaries and doers shape the future of our product. Together with developers, designers, and customer feedback, we develop innovative solutions that create real value for our customers.

We work in an agile and data-driven way, with a strong focus on usability. Everyone in the team actively contributes to the product roadmap and helps turn our ideas into market-ready features. Our goal: a product that doesn’t just work, but truly inspires!

Our sales team is actively in a phase of expansion – which means you now have a rare opportunity to help shape many aspects of this area and contribute your sales experience. Our sales people are experienced account executives, pre-sales managers, and business development managers.

In sales, there is no siloed thinking or working: we rely on regular exchange with each other, with the marketing team, and of course also with professional services and product. This ensures that all activities are perfectly aligned. In a demanding market, we need your ideas and expertise to take our sales to the next level.

Our People & Culture team ensures that the so called „Stellis“ always feel completely at home while also bringing great new talent on board. For our People & Culture managers, the focus is on creating a strong workplace culture where everyone enjoys working and is proud to be an important part of instellix.
